Oxfordshire Information Sharing Framework

The documents linked below were developed originally to support safe information sharing between organizations in Oxfordshire. They have been replaced by guidance and templates to support the Buckinghamshire-Oxfordshire-Berkshire West Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (BOB STP).

• Guidance. An overview of the principles of safe and approriate sharing.
• Process. A diagram illustrating how the Oxfordshire Information Sharing Framework operates.
• Sharing agreement template. A downloadable Word document to be used as a template for the overarching sharing agreement, for organizations to complete and sign.
• Sharing protocol template. A downloadable Word document to be used as a template for individual sharing protocols, for organizations to complete and sign. One of these should be completed for each particular flow of information.
